Most families experience a warm, confident childcare environment where their children settle quickly and thrive. Staff remember each child's interests and build genuine connections; the centre manager Sharlene is consistently praised for going above and beyond. One parent with a child suspected to have ASD and ADHD reported a breakdown in trust when reduced hours were not lifted, communication ceased, and concerns about emotional support were dismissed. This reflects a tension between the centre's strong reputation and gaps in how it supports families navigating additional needs.
