Each centre's score and review summary are calculated automatically from public Google reviews using a single fixed rubric applied fairly to every business. Correcting facts about your centre

If your name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, or services are wrong in the directory, we will fix them. Send the correct information along with proof we can verify it against, such as a link to your website or your Google Business Profile. Once applied, the correction stays in place even when we refresh our data in future months.

Disputing your score

A dispute is a claim that the input data is wrong, not a request for a higher number. Examples are a profile matched to the wrong centre, reviews credited to you that belong elsewhere, or a summary that misrepresents what reviewers actually wrote. When you dispute a listing, we re-check the sources and regenerate it from scratch. Scores are never hand-edited.

Requesting removal

We remove listings when a centre is permanently closed, is a duplicate record, or falls outside the directory's scope. An accurate, in-scope listing will not be removed on request, and you will be told that plainly with the reason. Our monthly verification cycle also catches permanently closed businesses and removes them automatically.

How fast we respond

Every correction, dispute, or removal request is acknowledged within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are actioned within 7 days. Declined requests include the reason.
